How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Contact us at ssloane700@gmail.com and we'll initiate the refund on your behalf.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page. You will keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
